Production Supervisor

Our dynamic and rapidly growing company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The right candidate for this position will demonstrate sound communication skills, strong organizational skills, strong leadership skills, and successful experience in a leadership role. This position focuses specifically on overseeing the production and assembly departments to ensure efficient and accurate processes in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to production team
• Conduct weekly meetings and employee evaluations within department
• Supervise overflow of repackaging of products
• Monitor and pull product needed for Kit Assembly projects
• Package, bag and seal kits/other products as needed
• Creating, printing, and/or proofing labels
• Inspect bur blocks upon receipt
• Complete Kit Assembly Project spreadsheets/reports
• Complete repackaging spreadsheets/reports
• Create and analyze inventory reports for department
• Oversee utilization of laser machine for laser marking
• Communicate with upper management department successes, goals, schedules, etc. to increase productivity
• Assist with any other tasks required

Required Skills:

• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel emphasized)
• Attention to detail is a must
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to lift and/or move packages up to 50lbs
• Above-average use of wrist action for fine motor skill work
• Ability to read fine print/text associated with inventory
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Strong MS Office skills
• 2+ years' experience in a supervisory/leadership role

Must be able to pass a background check
