The range of diamonds, carbides, drills, abrasives, polishers, and special procedural kits for general dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and oral implantology, comprises over 12,000 products. Our dynamic and rapidly growing company is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The right candidate for this position will demonstrate sound communication skills, strong organizational skills, and experience working in a warehouse/shipping department. This position focuses specifically on checking and verifying product that is received on a daily basis and communicating with other departments to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Ensure all goods received are unpacked, validated, and ready to post into inventory management system in a timely manner
• Identify and report to supervisor discrepancies in deliveries against purchase orders
• Ensure appropriate files are maintained for all inbound shipments
• Restock and verify product counts
• Loading and unloading of product
• Verify goods and packing lists for accuracy
• Assist with any other tasks required

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to lift and/or move packages up to 50lbs
• Must be able to read fine print/text associated with inventory
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred

Must be able to pass a background check
