The Sales Representative will sell Meisinger’s line of products through distribution to dentists, community health care centers, and dental schools, by performing the following duties:
Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Learn the features and benefits of all Meisinger products, while developing persuasive arguments and presentations about each product to close sales.
- Understand key competitors in the Dental Industry and what sets Meisinger apart
- Responsible for maintaining and growing a sales territory and managing sales techniques to grow business
- Call on distribution customers and develop relationships with said distributors
- Co-Travel with dealer representatives in assigned territory
- Communicate and executes company terms of sale
- Daily CRM input
- Work directly with Management to coordinate promotional events
- Study data describing new products to develop sales approach and increase knowledge
- Compile data on products and supplies preferred by customers
- Travel through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers, train dealer representatives, solicit orders, and speak with customers.
- Prepare sales reports, expense reports, call routes, monthly and weekly schedules, as required
- Attend tradeshows, workshops, open houses, lunch-n-learns, as required
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
- Hold dealer branch meetings and training sessions
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all representatives are responsible for:
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
- Performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards

General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of outside sales experience

- Valid Driver’s License Required
